SHOPPING GUIDELINES:

(this is to make the transaction smooth for both parties so please comply with the guidelines)

2) If you have any questions regarding the items, please do PM (PERSONAL MESSAGES) me. I will try my best to answer each question for you. Please ask all questions now before ordering. Please remember, once you sign the ORDER FORM you are signing a contract that you agree to Vestida Boutique's Terms and Conditions.

3) I try my best to put all the descriptions in each picture for us to save time in asking and answering questions. Please review each picture before asking.

4) If you have sent an ORDER FORM, I will confirm to you via SMS or E-mail for the total amount to be paid. Please be patient on waiting for the confirmation. Thank You.

5) Before and After you will send the payment please text me via SMS.

6) I will ship the items on my SHIPPING DAY. You can view your tracking number on the TRACKING NUMBER.

7) Please do not text me asking for the TRACKING NUMBER since I update it with 24 hours. Asking for your TRACKING NUMBER via SMS will not be entertained.

8) Please be patient in waiting for your orders. Luzon clients usually arrives the following day and for Visayas-Mindanao clients it usually takes 2-3 days. Please do not panic if the items do not arrive on time, there may be some instances that shipping maybe delayed due to some reasons.

9) Please always check the NEWS folder, for any updates about Vestida Boutique, regarding delayed shipment, sale items, etc.

10) Your FEEDBACKS are very much appreciated. Please do leave a FEEDBACK. 11) if there are some problems regarding the items please inform me at once. you are given 3 days upon  recieving the item to contact me with any problems. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PLACE NEGATIVE COMMENTS HERE, we can both fix the problem with proper communication.
